Exactly two weeks to the day, we now have another child with the chicken pox. She isn't quite as good a patient as the first one, but I think it took her by surprise. I think she thought she wasn't going to get them.
So far I'm enjoying another week stuck at home. I spent the morning working on some prints for various projects and customers, I still coached volleyball as I had some kind people respond to my plea for a babysitter so I could go. I'm glad I did because I got a good workout too!
Tonight I will hopefully catch up with my all my blogging friends whose blogs I enjoy so much. Perhaps I even eat banana chocolate ice cream. After all, I had a good volleyball workout today ;o).
ugh! so sorry for her... glad you are enjoying your time home : )
ReplyDeleteOh no! I really hope it goes away, before it keeps spreading!
ReplyDeleteGood for you! Keep up the good work!

Banana chocolate ice cream??? Sounds yummy!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the sickness...how many more expected to be hit with the dreaded virus? It is good you can hang out at home and get things done and still coach.
Hugs to all~a
Oh, I hope you eat the banana chocolate ice cream. It sounds divine!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about the chicken pox, but I know what you mean about the opportunity to stay home. I get a lot done when one of my boys is sick!

How many smalls do you have that haven't had it yet? Have your bigs been immunized?
ReplyDeleteAll of mine have been, and have been exposed and did NOT get it, showing that they have the immunity. Hallelujah.
Julie, I have only one child that has been immunized and that would be the one smack dab in the middle of the bigs and smalls. So far nothing on her yet, but the three littles -- well, we have no idea what they've had for immunizations. Apparently NOT the varicella vaccine :oS.
ReplyDeleteOh boy, you're in for a busy time :D At least you should all be through it before Christmas.
ReplyDeletePraying for you all,
Julie
