Day One Under Our Belts

The first day of school was a grand success! My biggest concern was Bright Eyes, but she loved it! She came into the house beaming. I asked her if she had a good day. She nodded her head and adamantly proclaimed, "yes!"

Sooo...now I was thinking maybe they should all go to school all day, every day.

Just kidding (mostly)! I'd quickly forgotten how noisy it is in the house with them all home. It was a peaceful day with just Peanut home. She's very quiet on her own; and when she's not getting into trouble, tends to amuse herself quite happily.

Two home today. It's been pretty quiet.

    Ah, looks like a sweet day making memories and art. I am busy soaking up the cooler weather. I have tons of things I should be doing, but most of it will wait.
