Our Country Kitchen

We decided to go with a retro country look. Does it work? :oD

This is my kitchen for approximately the next two weeks. I have to confess I kind of like the minimalist look. However, living out of boxes is going to wear thin very quickly I think.

The first thing I'm going to do when I get my kitchen back is bake a beautiful cake! I can hardly wait!

Blessings!

  1. Yikes! You'll feel like you are camping but the cake will be beautiful and delicious when the happy kitchen is complete!

  5. Oh, goodness. Feeding a large family has enough challenges doesn't it? But it will be so worth it.
I hope it goes by fast for you. What kind of cake? =)

  8. LOL! I remember our kitchen remodel. My hubby got our new cabinets installed then had to rig up a sink and use sheets of plywood for counters until our new counters were ready and installed. I look forward to seeing a pic of your kitchen when finished!

  11. At least you've got more of a kitchen than I do! I can totally understand how excited you'll be to have your kitchen back. I'm going to have to make something amazing when we get our basement kitchen fully installed too!

I hope the rest of the renos go smoothly!
