Last week's menu went a little awry. I was sure I bought potatoes, but they were not to be found. I had to make some fast changes. Hopefully this week will go a little better.
Monday: Beets, peameal bacon, and potatoes. (Didn't have it last week).
Tuesday: Black bean burgers with veggies and dip.
Wednesday: Pancakes with strawberry sauce.
Thursday: Omelet and toast.
Friday: Tortilla wrap pizzas.
Saturday: Sweet potato wedges, grilled chicken, baked mixed veggies.
Sunday: Vegetable beef barley soup, and bread.
