Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on frozen fillets, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon or lime. Add pepper to taste and bake at 425F for about 15 t0 20 minutes.
We usually have it with a side of brown rice cooked in vegetable broth and peas and carrots, or a vegetable mixed through the rice as in tonight's dinner. Simple and delicious.

Yum! I love fishy dishes! One of my friends here gave me a recipe for fish soup. You reminded me to try it! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteOh, that does look good. I hadn't thought of using mayo - have to try that :0)

That looks fabulous. Thank you, I am always looking for a good fish recipe(that doesn't require a bunch of ingredients).
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am always looking for a good fish recipe. (I know that's what Braley Mama said, but it's exactly what I wanted to say too.) Fish is not one of my favourite things but I know it's good for us. This actually sounds really delicious.
