Hello! All is well here. We've just been really busy. You see, the Engineer surprised me late last week with the fact that he was (mostly) taking this week off. We have been very busy spring cleaning outdoors. Our garage was a BIG mess and the gardens have needed some major TLC, so with the promise of two beautiful days, we donned our working shoes, and got to work! I can hardly wait to show you the before and after photos.
Today is blustery and rainy, but that's okay too because I have a bunch of photography work to do. some of our clients are waiting for prints and some others are anxiously awaiting proofs. I find it so hard to keep a balance between everyday life and the photography.
I'll be back again soon with lots of photos as well as the last of my thirty day photography project. Until then, I wish you joy!
Hang in there, sweet Deborah! It's amazing how time flies when we are messing about with photos! It's one of my favorite things to do, though!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the spring clean up pictures. Maybe they will inspire me!
It must have felt good to get some work outside done while we had lovely weather! I've got to get outside soon and our garage needs TLC desperately. I saw that next week is going to be nice, I'll have to get my indoor stuff catch up on so that I can be outside next week. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day catching up on your photography. :)
Would you like to come to my house for some spring cleaning since you've already gotten really good at it?
ReplyDeleteDeborah,
ReplyDeleteWhen you get the chance, will you e-mail me at Joanna underscore choate at sil dot org? I can't get my crazy windows 8 to open your e-mail from your blog, and I have a crazy idea to suggest. Thanks!
Oh - Good for you! Can't wait to see your before-and-afters :D

Your cleaning is inspiring. We haven't started working outside much yet... I keep thinking we will, but then we get another snow, so we put it off. I look forward to your before and afters.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Blessings,
Pam
I've just started the big garden overhaul. Our spring has been cold and rainy, and then just like that, the sun came out and the weeds came up! I'm glad you got a couple of days to tackle spring cleaning--it's such a good feeling to roll up your sleeves and tackle big projects. Can't wait to see the pix!
