Thank You Peanut

I mentioned on Twitter that I am hoping to spend much of Spring Break sewing. Peanut must have read it ;o) because she decided I would have time to add another project to my ever growing list of mending and projects.

How you manage to catch skinny jeans on the swing eludes me, but on the other hand when your skinny enough not to fill our your skinny jeans, I guess anything is possible.

Thanks Peanut, I look forward to the challenge! This project will have me sleepless for one night I'm sure. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix these, so I can continue to sleep well ;o)?

  2. Turn them into shorts for summer and use the bits chopped off the bottom as a patch so its not quite as obvious??

  3. Deborah- Angela of the blog Tracing Rainbows will send you AMAZING instructions for fixing jeans- I know this to be true because she fixed mine in a jiffy with a little bondaweb and much good grace when she was here in November!! Gorgeous Peanut!

  5. I don't think that those are even that fixable... But don't listen to me because I have NO IDEA about sewing or mending at all.

Maybe putting a cute little patch over it, or something.

    Blessings and good luck!

  6. I think the best way to fix these is to toss them. They're beyond hope, I think. Peanut, on the other hand, is adorable. She's going to be a real beauty when she grows up.
