NOT BAD AT ALL! :D Evening is also a favorite time of mine ... nothing beats the quiet company of our older children and the bliss of sleeping littles! Enjoy it guilt free, friend... I will too!
I don't think so at all. There's a time for all things, right? A time for joyful noise and chaos and a time for peace. You may not appreciate the peace and quiet so much without the former.
Not at all! When the boys and 'T' are in bed I just love it. So peaceful and seems less "tense". All those adjustments through adoption can do that to you. ;)
Nope! It's reality. Not bad at all. I love the quiet. With hubby hard of hearing, the TV makes it seem like we have a house full of "littles". I'm always so excited when I get home from work first and have a few minutes of peace and quiet. Blessings ~a
I was just thinking it might be time to teach my grandson how to spool knit, and got out a spool and put some nails into it. But hey, look at the size of the one your daughter has! Wow! That would be wonderful for little hands, just learning how to do this. Where on earth did you get that?
I think it is great and I hope that one of these days I will have another reader in my house, besides myself! I love that your daughter is multi-tasking!
Totally totally NOT bad. Not bad at all. Those littles are getting much needed restorative rest that is so good for their growing and developing and so are ya'll, your eyes are just open while you are doing it! =)

Great job capturing the peace and quiet with your pics!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds wonderful... our evenings aren't quiet. I have a house full of night-owls, so I slip off to bed... Is THAT bad? ;)

What is your daughter doing in the top pictures? Is she weaving/braiding of some type?
ReplyDeleteCan I come to your house for some quiet time? LOL It's almost 10:30pm and my two are still going strong (wound up from tkd this evening).
