Volleyball Tournament

I survived coaching volleyball. No, actually, more than that. I LOVED coaching volleyball. Yesterday was our tournament. The girls did awesome! We only won one game, but I was pleased to see how they stayed focused and -- even when they played against the other very big and competitive schools, they didn't give up.

They decided to wear fancy socks as part of their uniform.

It was thrilling to watch them improve practice by practice. Even in the last week, some of the girls were mastering things that up until then  had simply eluded them. I'm very proud of how hard they worked and their positive spirit! It was a blessing to be part of the team!
