They're Ours?!?

Our practitioner called this morning at 9:20 am. ICAB is holding the girls for us! I think that means if we say yes, they're ours! I keep replaying the message on the machine. I can hardly believe what I heard! I called the Engineer at work. He's a little bit in shock too. He was to the point that he didn't think that anything was happening anymore. I have to keep busy today, or waiting to receive the documents is going to drive me crazy!
