I know it's Easter week, but at this point we have no Easter plans for a big meal. If anything it will be a brunch, so I'll stick with my regular meal planning and role with the changes :o).
Monday: Pork chops, roasted asparagus, and seasoned brown rice
Tuesday: Sesame peanut noodles with veggies on the side.
Wednesday: Jerk salmon, mashed potatoes, and peas and carrots.
Thursday: Pancit.
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Falafels and tossed salad.
Sunday: Turkey Rice Soup, crackers.

I made the yummiest corn chowder. I threw together good things and the result was warm and tasty. Don't you love putting together a weekly menu? I do. I have some of my old menus from long ago. Dinner is such a sacred time of family fun, laughter, wisdom, and manners. You are so smart to take it seriously.
ReplyDeleteI shouldn't read these menu posts right before lunch! Or, maybe that's good :D
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see your recipe for sesame peanut noodles.
