In order to get back into the swing of things, I made sure that besides attacking the laundry immediately, I planned our menu for the week.
Monday
Jerk salmon, and Greek couscous salad
Tuesday
Roasted butternut squash soup and corn biscuits
Wednesday
Brown rice meatloaf, baked sweet potato fires, salad
Thursday
Moroccan chicken and lentils, coleslaw
Friday
spinach pizza
Saturday
fajitas
Sunday
miso, chicken, and green onion soup, and pan de sol buns
