Well, it's Sunday afternoon already again. They say time flies when you're having fun, so I must be having a lot of fun :o). The Engineer is out of the country for a few days on business, so the eating will be a little more casual, as it often is when he is gone. So, here is my menu for Menu Plan Monday:
Monday: Potato salad, peas
Tuesday: Tomato meatball soup and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Wednesday: Noodles with Bolognese sauce (minus the wine even though the recipe will likely taste better with it).
Thursday: Potatoes, sausages, and saurkraut.
Friday: Pizza night.
Saturday: Chicken fajitas
Sunday: Leftovers (if there are any) OR eggs on toast.
