Vacationing
We are on vacation!! After visiting Niagara Falls yesterday, we drove through the Appalachian mountains and slept in a gorgeous hotel in one of the valleys. The colours are still magnificent, but there are no reds like at home. We're enjoying the vistas and valleys twists and turns though. Today we are off to Pennsylvania!

I forgot how beautiful it is there. Breathtaking. I hope the kids enjoyed it. My parents took us there when I was like 5, but I still remember everything!

ReplyDeleteSpectacularly wonderful. I still regret, years later, turning down a visit to Niagara Falls with my parents because I was a rising senior in high school and thought I had better things to do that summer!

ReplyDeleteOnly my youngest went to the Falls this summer with her Aunts and cousins. But we inevitably end there every year, usually taking a visiting friend or family member for their photo op.
