Then, um, yeah... we watched a wedding ceremony that lasted all of twenty minutes. We, being of the Reformed faith we thought maybe we'd fallen asleep during part of the ceremony and had missed the sermon and the singing. Our one SIL joked that it was a good thing we weren't late or we would have missed it all together.
Anyways, there was a beautiful string quartet serenading us with various lovely pieces from Handle before the service and the service was still nice -- just waaay shorter than what we're used to.
To precursor these frighteningly poor quality photos. Let me just state that we are not wedding photographers. Apparently there is a reason for that. However, we also didn't want to use our flash because we didn't want it to interfere with the paid photographer -- and he was good -- very good!

It was a lovely day.
I love the purple roses! xopp
ReplyDeleteYour pictures turned out wonderfully! It was nice to see them: my camera, being a $200 point and shoot, doesn't take nearly the same quality as your cameras do! Maybe someday I'll spring for a really good camera.
ReplyDeleteDon't get too excited about another wedding! It won't be happening TOO soon, no matter what the bouquet toss said!
Oh how pretty I remember when I was that young hehehehe!! Sounds like a nice day with your husband ;D ~Blessings Heather
