I love the word verification on blogs and protected pages. I am forever trying to make up definitions for the jumble of letters that appear. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I am not so good at that, otherwise I'd have a whole dictionary of weird words.
Some of the words crack me up: omiptivo, bedinde, frovegis, bedinde, cocalsew, extups. Sometimes there are even actual real words: rumple, slate, halls, and my favorite (although not technically a word): beary.
Just a little peek into my strange mind ;o)!
I love the word verifications, too! I once got--no joke--a racial slur. I kind of gasped and wondered if it would be ok to type it. I think I hit 'Post Comment' without typing it, so it gave me a new one.
ReplyDeleteWord verification for last comment: logonals. Logo murals? Diagonal logs? Log on always low stream? Oh, the possibilities...
ReplyDeleteLol! I just had one that sounded like a bad word. I hesitated too!
ReplyDeleteI've never really thought about them that much, but now that you mention it, some crazy part of my mind always does try to read them! There are always vowels in between consonants...it must be part of the trickery.
ReplyDeleteYah, I know what you mean. I just had shroggl on my last comment. SHROGGL??? What's with that? Could it be a new word for shrug and struggle put together? lol... crazy.
ReplyDeleteSHROGGL looks like a Norwegian word for a dwarf, or something. :0)
ReplyDeleteI just got "constant"... a real word.
Go figure.
LOL! I am so glad I am not the only one that does this.
