First Fun-Filled Fall Weekend

We're looking forward to another fun filled family weekend. (If you're wondering what our other recent weekends look like, pop by our photo blog). Today we are going to my nephew's football game. We're all pretty excited to go and watch him play!

Tomorrow will likely be filled with errands and yard work as well as some cleaning of bedrooms for the children. (Okay, maybe that's not so fun, but you have to do what you have to do)! We're starting our first of a series of fall photo shoots. Can't wait! I love fall shoots!

Sunday will be church, some time to relax, and some geocaching! We haven't gone all summer. It's just been waaay too hot, but the weather for the next few days looks comfortable for hiking down sideroads and through the bush.

I am sure there will be some surprises in there too, but that's life! It's what you do with those surprises that makes it interesting -- and maybe even fun!

Wishing you all a blessed and fun-filled weekend too!

  1. Sounds like a busy weekend planned. We're celebrating Becky's 18th, going to a fair, and, hopefully, I'm getting a new wedding ring to replace the one my husband had to hack off my finger.

Can't wait for the foliage to be at peak so we can drive around taking pictures, too! My favorite time of year!

  2. This weekend is our first Scout camp out which means fall must have arrived in Texas even if it doesn't feel like it. Not sure what us girls will do. Sounds like you have a fun one planned!

  6. Good morning! I found your blog from a stat page on my blog! I have no idea how you found me but I am so glad you did. I am going to try to email you for more information on your upcoming adoption. I'd love to know if our kiddos are from the same place! If you don't get the email, comment on my blog so that we can get in touch!
