Sixty Seconds on Tuesday

In the coolness of still early morning. Making use of the abundant zucchini harvest. Delicious treats to be baked for busy hungry children to enjoy later on.

  2. Two things stand out..."coolness of the morning" and the abundance of your zucchini harvest!
Last night I made a blueberry cake but I confess that this city girl bought the blueberries in the store!
Would love to sit and enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of zucchini bread with you.

  3. YUM! I'll be right over. ;) I haven't made any zucchini bread this summer. It's so hot, I can barely get motivated to even walk in the kitchen.

  5. Oh, I can just imagine how yummy your house smelled. And if your kids are like mine the bread did not last nearly long enough.

  7. I too love to eat zucchini bread, but I have had a few picky eaters that exclaim, 'What is that green stuff in it?" I calmly tell them, "Just taste it!" End of conversation.
