Green Beans

I've been preparing fresh green beans for the freezer. Of course we're going to have to have a meal of them too. Yum! I think I could eat a whole plate full of just beans at this time of the year.

    Are those Blue Lakes? They are beautiful. I *know* I could eat a whole plateful.

    I don't know if they are Blue Lake... I buy them at our local farmer's market. I will have to ask the next time I'm there.
