LOL I believe "me" time is very important and have been realizing that more and more as I just don't seem to get any peace to myself and am seeing how negatively it is affecting me in so many ways. I have enjoyed reading your book reviews....Deborah,<br />I have enjoyed reading your book reviews. I believe that as moms we have a tremendous job (whether we work only inside the home or also outside the home) raising our children and making a house a godly home. Time alone to meditate, read, pray and time do enjoy things that nurture your own soul is crucial for mental sanity. I found long ago if I didn't take care of me, then I had nothing to give to those that I love with all my heart. It's a balance, for sure. And taking care of our bodies is a balance, too. It takes time to plan, create and serve healthy meals.
