Library Day

Why I love summertime library days...

I thought I should leave Peach's photo separate to say that she doesn't typically read Arthur books. She's a tad beyond them, but she couldn't resist picking up and reading what Peanut got out of the library. Also, I'll identify that blue "thing" in her arms more closely in a later post.

Happy reading!

  7. Lovely photos! We still have to get to the library, to pick out our books. I LOVE the fairy books that Squirt was reading. I tried to read as many as I could last summer. So I know what Peach means when she sees a good book, [even under her level] she wants to read it!

I also love the picture of you and your wee three!

  18. I love library days still! We would always come home and begin a reading session.

Such a beautiful picture of you reading to your girls. The photographer does not get into enough pictures to post on her blog! (We will look back on photos in later years and the truth of this will be hard to deny.)

  19. What a great idea! So do your three youngest sit still long enough for you to read to them? I had such a hard time with this with E in the beginning, it was clear she wasn't accustomed to being read to. It's taken nine months and now she loves books and loves to be read to.
