Sixty Seconds on Tuesday

On the verge of high school, he's still taking piano lessons. Asked if he wants to take it for another year, he declines. I will miss listening to him practice his music choices, but I am secretly hoping he will take music in high school.

  1. I admire you for giving your child the option to opt out of piano. I bet he will go back to it. Especially since you gave him some control.
    Your a good momma.

  2. Speaking as a former music teacher and current piano teacher, it's sad that he's stopping piano.

BUT, he'll probably pick another instrument or, Annesta said, come back to it later on. As they say, "absence makes the heart grow fonder.." :)

I wonder if there's hope for me!! I seem to somehow dropped the piano in exchange for children!! *L*

  3. I wish I could play! Maybe if you never ever mention it, or say you don't like it he may want to:O)
