Maybe I Should Clean More Often ;o)

Our home is in a perpetual state of renovations. I'm not sure we have even one room in our house right now that does not need some work done on it somewhere, but being the overly ambitious people that we are *insert hysterical laughter*,  we thought we'd begin renovating yet another room. So, the Engineer started cutting concrete in the basement because we need a drain in the floor. Now the entirety of our house looks like this:

Dust floating and landing absolutely everywhere. Somehow I think I have some dusting to do ;o). Renovations are such fun *more hysterical laughter*!

  6. Oh my! It's good to know we aren't the only family with a house under renovation that does not have one single room totally complete. *sigh* I miss having friends, but I'd be too embarrassed to invite anyone over anyway.

  7. Oh Kim, you shouldn't be embarrassed to have people over. Since I started homeschooling my motto has become "if you're coming to visit with me, you're more than welcome, but if you're coming to see my house, well enjoy the mess and disarray!" Most people don't have a perfect house, so don't let it stop you. If I lived closer I have you for tea, concrete dust and all!

    Blessings!
