The Violin

Beans has a violin.

Beans is the most musical of the three children who have had lessons. (Squirt starts this year too, so we have yet to see what hidden talents lie in the depths of her squirming, always-on-the-go little body).

Anyways, Beans has been requesting violin lessons for quite awhile now, so we finally agreed. She will still take piano too, but she is definitely more excited about the violin.

Her violin is a rental and is a half size. She will likely be ready to move up to a 3/4 size by her nineth birthday. The wonderful part of this rental for us is that the rental fees can be used toward the purchase of a violin when we are ready.
